TEAM CHECK-IN:
​Please complete the process to check-in your team in Advanced Event Systems.  Your roster will not be eligible for team check-in until your team has been accepted.

Please note the following about AES rosters:

• Any AES roster changes must be done before 8:00 am on Saturday 4/19/25.
• Any AES roster changes done After 8:00 am on 4/19/24 will have a late/change roster fee of $50.  This fees must be paid at the time of the roster change. No roster changes will be allowed on Sunday.
• ​All coaches and players on the roster must have anAAU membership/number.
• Coaches must be on the roster as a head coach or assistant coach in order to coach or sit the bench.
• ​Coaches must complete Positive Coaches Alliance.  
• All players must have jersey numbers.
• ​Please print your AES roster and have it with you.  
• Rosters will be checked by Referees at each Match on Sat and Sun.

What You will receive at Credential Pick-Up:

• Coaches will receive ONLY 2 Coaches wristbands. (All coaches are required to have coaches' wristbands, which will allow them entry into the playing venue, and allows them on the team bench. Coaches without their wristband will be asked to leave the bench).
• Player Luggage Tags (This will allow players to entry into the playing venue.)

*Chaperones and team representatives must purchase a spectator wristband*

Child PASS:  (Age 6-12)-$6
Children 5 yrs of age and under are free.

WRISTBANDS MUST BE WORN ON THE WRIST, NOT ATTACHED TO PURSES, BAGS OR BACK PACKS.  
IF WRISTBAND IS NOT ON YOUR WRIST, YOU TAKE A RISK OF NOT BEING ABLE TO GET BACK IN THE VENUE WITHOUT IT.
