Roster Deadline:
Roster must be completed & verified in AES by February 7, 2025.  
​Any roster changes done after 8am on February 15, 2025 will have a late/change roster fee of $50.  Fee must be paid at the time of the roster change.

Please note, all payments and registration must be received in order to obtain discounted fee.  Payments and registration must be completed to be accepted into RCAAUGP.  Acceptance is first come first served for each division.  We will accept teams till each division is filled.  All other teams will be placed on a waiting list.  When you have made the deadline for the discounted fee, please make sure your check reflects the correct amount, refunds will not be issued for over payments.

Registration Fee, Club Incentive & Deadlines:   
Must be registered and paid by the deadline date to receive incentive/discount.​

• Enter and pay for 1 team get the 2nd team free (BOGO):  Aug 1, 2024 thru Feb 7, 2025:  $495 (Example: 1st team $495, 2nd team free!)
• Registration closes February 7, 2025:  $495 per team

Winners in each age division will receive free entry into AAU National Championships or the Volleyball Festival.  This is not a bid; your team must be registered & accepted (which includes paid) for either the AAU National Championships or The Volleyball Festival before your division closes.  This is a team award for the current season and may not be passed to another team in your club or saved for the future.  If you division is closed, you have the option to be put on the wait list or enter another division in the same age group.  All teams must still register for the AAU National Championships or Volleyball Festival by the appropriate entry deadline and/or the entry requirements and policies as outlined in the event information packet.

• THIS EVENT IS LICENSED BY THE AMATEUR ATHLETIC UNION OF THE U.S., INC
• ALL PARTICIPANTS (TEAM, COACH & PLAYERS) MUST HAVE CURRENT AAU MEMBERSHIP BEFORE COMPETITION BEGINS (PENDING STATUS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE)
• VISIT WWW.AAUVOLLEYBALL.ORG TO OBTAIN MEMBERSHIP (CLUB, NON-ATHLETE AND ATHLETE MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED)
• MEMBERSHIP IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE VENT ENTRY FEE.
