​TEAM CHECK-IN

TEAM CHECK-IN:
​Please complete the process to check-in your team in Advanced Event Systems before 11:00 pm on 2/21/25.  Your roster will not be eligible for team check-in until your team has been accepted.

Please contact Jody by text 985-630-6113, if you or your team rep can not make it to the Credential Pick-Up. (In text note team name/club & which location you will be playing at on Saturday)  Please make an effort to attend.

TOURNAMENT HOUSING FORM

Please note the following about AES rosters:

• Any AES roster changes must be done prior to the beginning of play on Saturday 2/22/24 before 8am.
• Any AES roster changes done After 8:00 am on 2/22/25 will have a late/change roster fee of $50.  You will not received your corrected roster till your fee is paid in full. 
• All coaches and players on the roster must have an AAU #.
• ​Coaches must complete Positive Coaches Alliance.  
• All players must have jersey numbers.
• ​Please print your AES roster and have it with you.  
• Rosters will be checked by Referees at each Match on Sat and Sun.

What You will receive at Credential Pick-Up:

• Coaches will receive ONLY 2 Coaches wristbands. (All coaches are required to have coaches' wristbands, which will allow them entry into the playing venue, and allows them on the team bench. Coaches without their wristband will be asked to leave the bench).
• Player Luggage Tags (This will allow players to entry into the playing venue.)

*Chaperones and team representatives must purchase a spectator wristband*
