Your roster will not be eligible for team check-in till your team has been accepted.

PM SHIFT CHECK-IN is from 6:00-7:00pm
Please contact Jody by text 985-630-6113, if you or your team rep can not make it to the Credential Pick-Up. (In text note team name/club and location you will be at on Saturday)

Please note the following about AES rosters:

• Any AES roster changes must be done before 8am on 4/05/25.
• Any AES roster changes done After 8am on 4/05/25 will have a late/change roster fee of $50.  This fee will be collected at the time of the roster change.  (Check, Cash or Credit Card)
• All coaches & players on the roster must have an AAU # and verified in AES.  Manually entered nubmers will not be accepted.
• ​Coaches must complete Positive Coaching Alliance.  
• All players must have jersey numbers.
• ​Please print your AES roster and have it with you.  
• Rosters will be checked by Referees at each Match on Sat and Sun.

What You will receive at Credential Pick-Up:

• Coaches will receive ONLY 2 Coaches wristbands. (All coaches are required to have coaches' wristbands, which will allow them entry into the playing venue, and allows them on the team bench. Coaches without their wristband will be asked to leave the bench).
• Player Luggage Tags (This will allow players to entry into the playing venue.)
